1. About HypeCut

HypeCut ("HypeCut", "we", "us") is a creator revenue platform operated by CeasAI Custom Solutions. It helps streamers and podcasters generate short clips, cross-post to social platforms, and track sponsor revenue.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use HypeCut.

3. Connected platforms

HypeCut connects to third-party services (including Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Stripe) with your permission. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. You may disconnect any platform at any time from your dashboard.

4. Content and rights

You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have the rights necessary to authorize HypeCut to process, clip, and re-post your content, including any music, footage, or third-party material contained within it.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, infringe third-party rights, or misuse the service.

6. Disclaimer

HypeCut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
